  • Listen to your likes/dislikes (don't eat kale if you don't like it)

  • Understand what fits into your life realistically whether you're busy or flexible

  • Be mindful of non-food related impacts on your health

What We Will Never Do: 
  • Focus on your weight as the central issue (it usually never is...shocking, we know)

  • Put you on a "diet"

  • Eliminate all your favorite foods if there isn't a medically necessary reason to do so

  • Suggest stupid amounts of supplements (we are not about throwing away your $$)
