Meet Rebecca Fallihee
“In providing individualized nutrition guidance, what I enjoy most is seeing individuals return to feeling whole and strong in their physical, mental, and energetic (whole/entire) selves. It’s the light returning to their eyes and knowing they’ve returned to their essential, authentic way of being that brings me so much joy and hope.”
Rebecca Fallihee hails from Eugene, Oregon. She is a Certified Nutrition Specialist and also is a Licensed Dietician Nutritionist in the state of Illinois.
Rebecca graduated from Maryland University of Integrative Health with a MS degree in Nutrition. She has over a decade of teaching public health nutrition, first at the Linus Pauling Institute (known for extensive research in micronutrients, phytochemicals, and promoting optimal health), and then through Oregon State University Extension Service.
She is knowledgeable in many areas of nutrition, but is especially passionate about supporting endurance athletes and those with digestive health issues. She has a personal story about her own journey that brought her into functional nutrition that I’m sure she will share if you ever get the chance to work with her.
